As a lifelong fan of Star Trek: The Original Series, Line Rainville knew exactly what she wanted to do when she grew up and got her very own house - deck it out from wall to wall and floor to ceiling with Star Trek decor. And that’s exactly what she did to her geektastic home in Joliette, Quebec, Canada.
The project began with a Star Trek-themed home theatre in Line’s basement and grew from there. After a year’s worth of renovations and about $30,000, Line’s awesome home now features elements from the bridge of the Starship Enterprise, Spock’s personal quarters, the transporter room, and lots more. There’s a food replicator in the kitchen and we even spotted a Tribble on one of the control panels on the bridge and a bottle of Saurian brandy on the dining table.
