I’m sorry but after the end of season 5 when Starfleet had to abandon DS9 and everyone is on board the Defiant, Garak and Julian were definitely roommates. No one else on that ship was even trying to put up with Garak’s bullshit, and we know the Defiant didn’t have room for anyone to bunk alone. No, they were definitely sharing a cabin that whole time.
