The scene with Tom and Harry in Quark’s bar was the first scene filmed. Memory Alpha says the tomato soup scene in the mess hall was first, but according to Garrett Wang, that was the second scene. The first was the bar scene. He says the first day was all Paris and Kim, Paris and Kim, Paris and Kim. He was very nervous, because he was pretty much a newb back then, and there he was, featured in every scene that first day.
