Hello and welcome to Garak’s Magic Wardrobe (Or, How To Predict The Tone Of An Episode And/Or Garak’s Role In It By Looking At His Clothes), Part 2! Previously, I discussed the clothing choices of one Elim Garak from 1x03 “Past Prologue” to 3x05 “Second Skin.” This post will then cover his appearances from 3x07 “Civil Defense” to 3x21 “The Die is Cast.” The analysis takes place over a much shorter period of time because our Mr. Garak gets very enthusiastic about clothing changes in the latter part of Season 3.
