You know what Lore would do? He’d use his android abilities to, not yell, but make his voice ubruptly extremely loud and noisy and low quality (like those vines you see) when he needed someone’s attention or just to startle people. For example:
"Hey Geordi can you pass me the salt?“
*Geordi doesn’t hear*
"G E O R D I"
*everyone jumps outta their fuckin chairs*
