if you’re worried about expenses with cosplay there’s nothing wrong with buying a cosplay if it saves you money. i like to buy cosplays that have armor and stuff but if the armor parts are made of fabric or look bad i remake the armor out of foam (plus it saves time so you don’t have to sew as much)
i’ve done that before but tbh i find buying a cosplay typically more expensive than actually making one
no matter what it’s going to be money i just do not have so unfortunately idk if i’ll be able to cosplay any time soon
