i loosely followed this tutorial on youtube for mine!! i adjusted the pattern slightly for each and i also didn’t add the boning but overall it’s fairly simple to follow!!

odo is disallowed from hitting the bong because he keeps clearing the bowl in one hit and a) complaining/gloating that it doesn’t do anything and b) not understanding when everyone else (dax keiko leeta garak with rotating guests bashir miles and quark) gets mad

however when he becomes a solid they let him try again and he clears the bowl and lies face down on the carpet for the rest of the night while everyone else watches a holovid

odo is not allowed the bong because he confiscates it and locks it away every time and jadzia is really getting sick of having to replicate new ones
