ok house update???? the seller ordered new kitchen appliances that came in late, so when we had the house inspected today, they weren’t able to finish because they couldn’t check the appliances. mike’s aunt, who’s our realtor, called the seller and was like “hey these were supposed to be installed last week, now my guy can’t finish the inspection, can he come back on thursday?” and the seller got super angry all of a sudden i guess and started yelling at mike’s aunt basically threatening to drop our offer for a better one?????? but legally he can’t do that???? we signed the contract???? good news is everything else that was inspected was perfect?? so that’s cool but like now his aunt can’t get a hold of the seller :)))) so ??? ? ?? :))))))))) ??????
