yeah so the house situation is really not looking good. this dude is being a complete asshole and now refuses to do anything with the bank we got our mortgage through. just because they asked him for documents. that’s it. so it’s either we go through the mortgage process with another bank and close hopefully in early october if he cooperates, and then file for unethical practices or something. or back out of the house and sue him. but then still have to find a new house, pay for inspection and everything that goes along with buying a new house and we really don’t have the money to do that.

either way no matter what we have to be out of our apartment by the end of the month so we’ll be living with his aunt until we get a new closing date or until we find a new house. we’d have to keep all our stuff in storage i’m just… so dumbfounded. mike said this is the worst day of his life. his aunt and legal team said this guys practices are unheard of. they have never once encountered a situation like this. of course it happens to us.
