like how i would think it would taste??? well i hope that’s what you’re looking for because i’ve watched like 10 episodes of cutthroat kitchen today and have done a lot of research on cardassian food so that’s what i’m gonna explain B)

though, it can be altered to actually taste good to terrans. i think the original sauce would be thick, very savory and hearty for a sauce, but has some fishy and bitter tones to it. but still borderline creamy soup, since it’s supposedly the opposite of Kamoy syrup, which is very oily

but for terran consumption, i feel like it would be lightened up a bit, since i think it’s already so heavy and fishy, i feel like people would add some citrus to it to make the flavors blend better
