first attempt as a slowsetta at home! i was never able to do them back when i worked at the shop, even though i was a master at regular rosettas (those somehow required less thinking lol). but this came out better than i was expecting, so i’m excited to keep practicing :)

got some new beans in the mail and they taste pretty good! a little sour but i just need to dial it in more

today i made a brown sugar & cinnamon syrup which was very tasty, but definitely turned my milk texture a bit wonky when i started pouring. i tried to hide it with some cinnamon on top lol

this is not my best latte art but for my third cup with my new machine im very happy with it :)
