first attempt as a slowsetta at home! i was never able to do them back when i worked at the shop, even though i was a master at regular rosettas (those somehow required less thinking lol). but this came out better than i was expecting, so i’m excited to keep practicing :)

today i made a brown sugar & cinnamon syrup which was very tasty, but definitely turned my milk texture a bit wonky when i started pouring. i tried to hide it with some cinnamon on top lol
