maybe jim helped him drain all his alcohol in the kitchen sink before throwing out the bottles
imagine jim finding that last bottle of bourbon hidden underneath bones’ mattress one day and tossing it out and that’s finally the breaking point and bones just shouts until he loses it and just cries and wonders how life could have bogged him down like this while his head is in jim’s lap and it’s all jim can do to keep from crying himself
