ok so i need some help. .… youtube on my laptop has been fukin with me lately

so every time i try to go on youtube on my laptop it shows up like this??? idk why???? or what to do about it???? 

i tried pausing my ad blocker but nothing changed! it’s been like this for a while now. .. idk help me plz ?? ?
